The Acceptable Use Policy and the Beta Privacy Notice a Quillstage account accepts and acknowledges.
Release draft 2026-10-09. Conditional on the stated controls; the Privacy Notice's bracketed fields are completed before publication. The version an account accepted is recorded on that account.
QUILLSTAGE is a script-development service operated by GAD Creative Content LLC. This beta is available only to invited adults in the United States. Use only scripts and other material that you have the rights or lawful authority to provide and use through the service. Do not upload confidential third-party material unless you are authorized to disclose it to the service providers identified in our Privacy Notice.
Use the portrait and voice options enabled in the beta. Do not upload real-person face or voice references or request an unapproved replica or voice clone. A real person's appearance in a script is assessed in context and is not automatically a likeness-replication request. Do not include sensitive personal information unless necessary for a lawful use and permitted through the relevant review.
Do not generate nude or explicit visual enactments, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or sexualized depictions of anyone under 18 or appearing to be under 18. Do not use the service for fraud, deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, threats, extortion, targeted harassment, or other unlawful activity.
Do not evade safety checks, disguise prohibited requests, use another account to bypass a restriction, or remove or obscure QUILLSTAGE's AI disclosures or production credentials when distributing an export. Do not present generated performances as authentic recordings of real people.
Mature language, adult sexual dialogue, historical subjects, ordinary minor characters, and discussion of violence or abuse are not prohibited merely because of the words or topic. We assess the requested performance in context and may pause uncertain requests for review. We do not silently rewrite your script to make a request pass.
We may restrict generation, withhold outputs, remove controlled access, or suspend an account for safety, legal, or policy reasons. Automated checks can make mistakes. You may request review through the support or reporting process. Approval of an output is not legal clearance or a guarantee that you hold every necessary right.
The Beta Terms remain a separate document covering the service license, intellectual property, commercial terms, and other contractual matters. This Acceptable Use Policy does not replace them.
QUILLSTAGE is operated by GAD Creative Content LLC, Jersey City, New Jersey. For privacy questions or requests, use the report form at /report/ (no account needed). This notice applies to the invitation-only QUILLSTAGE beta. Effective date: 9 October 2026.
We process account and eligibility information, project content, your choices and feedback, technical and security logs, and support or safety reports. We use these to produce and maintain your projects, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, prevent misuse, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. We compare approved synthetic portraits with generated performances to check consistency. Real-person reference uploads and cloning are disabled. No human-recorded audio route is enabled; every voice is synthetic. Scripts, account information, and unexpected submissions may still contain personal information.
If you ask for a beta invitation on quillstage.com, we collect your name, your email address and, if you give it, how you intend to use the service, together with the time of the request and a keyed hash of your network address used only to limit automated submissions. We use these details to contact you about beta access and to plan the beta. They are held by GAD Creative Content LLC, are not shared or sold, and are kept until the beta closes or you ask for their deletion by writing to the contact address. Submitting the form creates no account.
We send necessary production content to approved service providers. See the Service Providers page at /report/providers/ for recipients, purposes, data, locations, and retention as configured. Authorized personnel may review relevant material for support, safety, complaints, or legal requirements. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people or defend rights. Projects are not published in a public gallery. You control copies you download and share elsewhere.
We do not sell project content or use it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to train our own general-purpose AI models. We require the approved processing route to exclude provider model training on beta project content. Our account and security cookies support the service; we do not use advertising trackers in the beta.
We retain content while needed for active projects and requests. Request access, correction, or deletion through the report form at /report/ or, for a whole project, from the project's page. See the Retention page at /report/retention/ for active-system deletion, processor retention as configured, and backup expiry. Limited legal or incident records may require longer retention; we will explain applicable limits. We protect the service but cannot guarantee absolute security. Accounts are for adults only. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. We will provide notice of material privacy changes as required.
